About Audrey K. Bowes
Debut author Audrey K. Bowes started writing fiction because it expressed truths she couldn’t voice from the pulpit. Her stories feature characters like herself: those who love the church but have been hurt by it, those still believing but unsure what to call their faith, and others rediscovering some sense of belief in something higher than themselves through acts like feeding others, making coffee, taking calls, making amends, tending gardens, and speaking the truth at great personal cost.
She enjoys delving into the universe’s existential truths or exploring whimsical, cozy-mystery worlds in her mind. Sometimes, she’s fortunate enough to find the space where these blend.
When not writing, she’s probably gaming—shouting at the screen while exploring New Vegas or Tamriel.
